Free Dentistry Day
2023: On Saturday, September 29th, 2023, we hosted our 7th Annual Free Dentistry Day event. We were able to accommodate 54 patients and provide $29,055 for free dental care. Our incredible volunteers came out in force once again. There were plenty of laughs and smiles all around. Thank you to our existing patients for your continued support and loyalty to allow us to give back to our community.
2022: On September 24th, 2022 we hosted our 6th annual Free Dentistry Day event. We were able to see 60 patients and provide $29,231 for free dental care.
2021:Due to the pandemic, we were sadly unable to host our Free Dentistry Day event this year. We are hopeful we can do so in 2022.
2020:Due to the pandemic, we are sadly unable to host our Free Dentistry Day event this year. We are hopeful we can do so in 2021.
2019:On Saturday September 28th, we hosted our 5th Annual Free Dentistry Day event. We were able to accomodate 75 patients and provide over $32,813 for free dental care. Our incredible volunteers rock. They have beautiful hearts and smiles to match. Thank you to our Kanata community for your continued support in making this event bigger and better every year.
2018:On Saturday September 29th we held our 4th annual Free Dentistry Day event in support of those in need of dental services. Once again it was an amazing success!!
With the help of 3 extra volunteer dentists we were able to help 75 patients this year, providing $31,727 worth of free dental care. Thank you Dr Mahmoud, Dr Al Mufti and Dr Nuwwareh for donating your time and skill for such a great cause!
We had many returning volunteers as well as some new volunteers who all worked tirelessly to keep this very busy day on track. A huge thank you goes out to our team and all of our volunteers who helped make this day such an amazing success!
2017:Our Free Dentistry Day was on Saturday, September 30th and was a great success. This is our third year doing this event, and this year we treated approximately 55 patients and provided about $20,000 of free dental care!
It was amazing to be able to help so many people and to see the smiles on everyone's faces, both those who got treatment, and those who volunteered to provide it.

2016:Our Free Dentistry Day was on Saturday, September 17th, and was a great success. We treated approximately 44 patients and provided about $19,000 of free dental care!

2015:A great big thank you goes out to all of the people who helped to make our very first Annual Free Dentistry Day such a success!! Our lineup started at 5:00am and was growing quickly throughout the morning. We are happy to say we were able to help all 61 people who were so patiently waiting in line and provide over $19,060 for free dental care. It was a crazy, busy day and we feel blessed to have shared in the stories and smiles that came through our door.
