Once we have completed your dental treatment, at the end of the appointment, you will be presented will a list of services rendered, and payment will be due.
We accept payment via cash, debit card, VISA or MasterCard. On your behalf we will electronically submit a dental claim form to your insurance company. If your insurance provider does not accept electronic claims, we will assist you in filling out the appropriate paper claims form.
